Wales winger Leigh Halfpenny has said that he is happy to play in any position for the team’s opening World Cup clash with South Africa.
Halfpenny recently returned to the Wales fold after foot surgery and was named in Warren Gatland’s 30-man World Cup squad.
The Cardiff Blues man says his next challenge is pushing for a start.
"It was great to get a chance at full-back for 20-odd minutes against Argentina," he said.
"But as long as I get a jersey on and play for Wales, I don't care what position it is."
Speaking of his injury, Halfpenny expressed his gratitude to the Welsh set-up in facilitating his recovery.
"It was tough with the injuries," he said. "But fair play to all the medical staff, everyone has been superb.
"They said they would do everything to get me here, and they have definitely done that."
Wales are expected to name their starting XV later this week.
