Great Britain's Steven Scott has secured progress into the semi-finals of the men's double trap shooting event at the European Games after notching first place in qualification.
Scott set a new Games record as the 30-year-old earned a total score of 142, which was also met by three other shooters in the shape of Russia's Vitaly Fokeev, Italy's Antonino Barilla and Hungary's Richard Bognar.
Scott will now have the chance to secure a shot at a medal finish when the event's semi-finals take place later this afternoon.
The Russian Federation currently lead the way at the top of the medals table, with Scott's Britain occupying eighth place.
