Audrey Lacroix bags 200m butterfly gold

Audrey Lacroix claims the gold medal in the women's 200m butterfly final at the Tollcross International Swimming Centre.

Canada's Audrey Lacroix swam to victory in the women's 200m butterfly final in front of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge at the Tollcross International Swimming Centre this evening.

Lacroix, 30, took gold in the final to improve on the silver medal she won in Delhi four years ago.

Team England's Aimee Willmott, who claimed silver in the 400m individual medley behind Hannah Miley on Thursday, secured silver again with a strong swim.

Australia's Maddie Groves took bronze.
