Team England swimmer James Guy has claimed bronze in the men's 400m freestyle final at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
Guy went into the final among the favourites to top the podium, but he was ultimately beaten by two Australians roared on by a raucous home crowd at the Optus Aquatics Centre on the Gold Coast.
Mack Horton pulled away in the final two lengths to win gold, while compatriot Jack McLoughlin held off the challenge of Guy to claim silver by 0.11 seconds.
Daniel Jervis of Wales came home in fourth place despite a personal best time, while Scotland's Stephen Milne finished eighth.
Guy will have plenty of other chances to add to his 4x100m medley gold from Glasgow as he is competing in seven events during the Commonwealth Games.
