England table tennis player Paul Drinkhall has said that he is targeting a gold medal at the Commonwealth Games.
The 24-year-old won silver in the men's team event four years ago in Delhi and after winning the Spanish Open in April, Drinkhall is confident of more success in Glasgow.
He told ITV Sport: "I'm very excited. I've played in two before so this is going to be my third Games and it's just a great event.
"We had London in 2012 obviously, so after that this has been the next major thing. I'm really looking forward to it and hopefully I can come away with some medals.
"I think I've got a good chance, but there's quite a strong field. I've got to perform well, but I think I'm in a good place mentally. Hopefully this time I can get a gold."
Drinkhall is married to fellow professional table tennis player Joanna Parker, who won a bronze medal at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in the mixed doubles.
