Olympic champion Jade Jones has started her WTF World Taekwondo Grand Prix series campaign with a silver medal in Moscow.
The 22-year-old was beaten in the -57kg final by teenager Kimia Alizadeh Zenoorin on golden point after the duo were tied.
Despite the result, she remains on course for a spot at the Olympics next summer and is still placed second in the world rankings.
"I am fuming with myself," Jones said in an interview with the World Taekwondo Federation.
"I did the gameplan perfect and just got back a little bit and got caught in the head.
"I made a mistake in golden point which happens but I am annoyed because I should and could have won."
Jones won gold in the -57kg at the London Olympics and this year's European Games.
