Ana Ivanovic has revealed that she hopes to continue improving at this year's French Open after a difficult few years since winning the Slam in 2008.
The Serbian reached the third round comfortably, beating the Israeli Shahar Peer 6-2 6-2, and is targeting a resurgence after losing in last year's first round.
"Last year probably has been the hardest one for me ever. To come back here this year and play better and go through to the third round, it means a lot," Ivanovic said.
"Even though I achieved some of my dreams, I still have hunger for more. That's what drives me and that's what inspires to me to get up in the morning and to work hard."
Former world number one Ivanovic is seeded 13th this year at Roland Garros.
