Rafael Nadal will reportedly meet his doctor in Spain today following his shock early exit from Wimbledon.
The 27-year-old was dumped out of the Grand Slam tournament in the first round by Belgian Steve Darcis, who secured a 7-6 7-6 6-4 victory on Court 1.
While Nadal has insisted that he has not suffered a recurrence of a knee injury which put him out of action for seven months, the Spaniard will have a check-up with his doctor in Barcelona today, according to Sky Sports News.
It is believed that the tests will shed light on the French Open winner's short-term plans.
