Agnieszka Radwanska wins Toray Pan Pacific Open title in straight-sets victory

Agnieszka Radwanska records a comfortable 6-2 6-2 win over Belinda Bencic, emerging victorious in the Toray Pan Pacific Open final.

Agnieszka Radwanska recorded a straight-sets victory over Belinda Bencic to clinch the Toray Pan Pacific Open title, earning a spot in the top 10 of the WTA rankings in the process.

The 26-year-old Polish player beat 18-year-old Bencic 6-2 6-2 in a comprehensive two-set showing.

Radwanska broke the young Swiss player's serve early in the first set of what was to be a quick final in Tokyo, as the number eight seed Bencic succumbed to defeat in just under 90 minutes.

Bencic, who overcame top seed Caroline Wozniacki in her semi-final, was unable to give a repeat performance against the seventh-seeded Radwanska.
