Stanislas Wawrinka has insisted that he is looking forward to taking on American Donald Young in the fourth round of the US Open on Monday.
Young's victory over Viktor Troicki has set up a fourth-round meeting with Wawrinka, who sealed his spot in the last 16 with a straight-sets win over Ruben Bemelmans.
Young will have the home support in their meeting, but Wawrinka is confident that he can deal with the red-hot atmosphere.
"I don't think so. Normally I don't have any problem with that. Hopefully I can play well enough to win the match. That's the most important," Wawrinka told reporters.
"But I'm happy to play an American. It's always great for sure. They going to have a lot of people there watching the match, and that's the most important."
Wawrinka's best-ever finish at the US Open came in 2013, when he reached the semi-finals.
