Donald Young taking praise in his stride

Donald Young says that he is purely focusing on "business" as he prepares for his fourth-round match with Stanislas Wawrinka at the US Open.

Donald Young has vowed to keep his feet on the ground after booking his spot in the fourth round of the US Open on Sunday.

The 26-year-old came from two sets behind against Viktor Troicki in the third round to advance into the final 16, where he will meet Stanislas Wawrinka.

The American has welcomed the widespread support that he has received, but has insisted that his focus for now is on the "business" ahead.

"I'm feeling great. Honestly I'm choosing not to look at the phone much. It's vibrating in my pocket as we talk. I'm trying to keep focused, stay with the people that are around, that have been here the whole time, not get too caught up in everything else," he told reporters.

"At the end we can all talk about it, talk to my friends. Right now it's business, work to do. I'm looking forward to it."

Young, who is currently ranked number 68 in the world, also made the fourth round of the US Open in 2011, but has never been past that stage at any other major tournament.
