Team GB's Jenny Jones: 'No plan to retire'

Team GB's first Olympic medallist at the Sochi Games, Jenny Jones, insists that she still has "a few more years" left in her.

British snowboarder Jenny Jones has insisted that she does not plan to retire anytime soon.

The 33-year-old became the first Briton to win an Olympic medal in a snow event when she finished third in the women's slopestyle at the 2014 Winter Games in Sochi on Sunday.

"I guess I'm just going to let myself enjoy this moment for a little bit and I'll keep snowboarding," BBC Sport quotes her as saying.

"I definitely have a few more years left in me. In between that, I'd love to go surfing for a bit and have a small time out of it."

Team USA's Jamie Anderson won the gold medal, while Finland's Enni Rukajarvi claimed silver.
