Team GB's men's curling captain David Murdoch has insisted that they have what it takes to beat Canada in the final of the Sochi Winter Olympics.
Canada were the pre-tournament gold medal favourites and have lost only two matches on their way to this stage of the competition.
They were convincing 10-6 victors over China in the last four and also boast a round robin win over Great Britain, but Murdoch has issued one last rallying cry to his teammates ahead of the showdown on Friday.
"We're definitely capable of beating these guys," he told reporters.
"We've beaten most of the top teams here and we know we had a shot to beat them last time. It's just a case of believing – go out and give it absolutely everything and leave nothing out there."
Great Britain have not won an Olympic medal in men's curling since claiming the title at the 1924 Games.
