Manchester United are not considering sacking Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as head coach despite a disappointing run of form, according to a report.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's position as head coach of Manchester United is reportedly secure despite the team's disappointing run of form.

Saturday's 4-2 loss at Leicester City in the Premier League made it three defeats in five matches for the 20-time English champions, who have not won in the league since the middle of September.

The Red Devils have taken just one point from their last three fixtures in England's top flight, meanwhile, and now face three tough games against Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City.

However, according to The Athletic, Solskjaer still has the full support of the Man United board, who are not considering sacking the Norwegian as head coach.

The report claims that the club's legendary striker 'has a lot of credit in the bank at board level' due to his work since arriving as head coach, initially on an interim basis.

Man United - now fifth in the Premier League table - will look to return to winning ways when they take on Atalanta BC in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
