French midfielder Paul Pogba is likely to leave Manchester United at the end of the current season, according to a report.

Paul Pogba is reportedly likely to leave Manchester United in this summer's transfer window.

The midfielder's future remains the subject of much speculation, having been denied a move away from Old Trafford ahead of the 2019-20 campaign due to United's high valuation.

The France international made his return from an ankle injury last month but has since undergone an operation and is not expected to return to action until February.

According to Sky Germany, the 2018 World Cup winner is expected to leave Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side at the end of the 2019-20 campaign in search of pastures new.

The report claims that Pogba would prefer to complete a move to Real Madrid, although Juventus are also in the hunt to re-sign their former player.

United are thought to value the midfielder in the region of £150m, though, and will allegedly not drop their asking price despite the player's desire to leave.

Pogba's injury has left the Red Devils short of options in the middle of the park as Scott McTominay is also currently on the sidelines with knee ligament damage.
