Carl Frampton has moved a step closer to a world title shot after beating Hugo Cazares inside two rounds.
The Northern Irish super-bantamweight maintained his 100% professional record with a convincing win in Belfast.
Frampton thanked his home fans and is now looking to a summer showdown with WBC title holder Leo Santa Cruz.
"The support has been fantastic," Frampton told BBC Sport. "I have the loudest bunch of supporters in Europe without a doubt.
"[Santa Cruz] wants to be in blockbuster fights and me against him would be huge."
Frampton looked comfortable throughout the fight and stopped his 36-year-old opponent with a devastating left hook in round two although the Mexican appeared to mistime the count, getting up moments after the referee reached 10.
