Arsene Wenger leaves a number of regular starters on the bench for the FA Cup meeting with Blackburn Rovers.

Arsene Wenger has chosen to rest a number of his players for the FA Cup clash with Blackburn Rovers at the Emirates Stadium.

Jack Wilshere, Santi Cazorla, Theo Walcott and Lukas Podolski are all given a place on the substitutes' bench as Wenger keeps an eye on the Champions League match with Bayern Munich next week.

French striker Olivier Giroud will be supported by Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Gervinho, while Francis Coquelin is given a rare start in defence.

David Bentley is named as a substitute for Rovers after completing his loan move from Tottenham Hotspur but the hosts are without DJ Campbell, who is cup-tied.

Arsenal: Szczesny, Coquelin, Vermaelen, Koscielny, Monreal, Diaby, Rosicky, Arteta, Gervinho, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Giroud

Blackburn: Kean, Orr, Dann, Hanley, Martin Olsson, Pedersen, Williamson, Lowe, Markus Olsson, Kazim-Richards, Rhodes
