Preview: Sevilla vs. Barcelona

Sports Mole looks ahead to Barcelona's trip to Sevilla in La Liga on Sunday.

Barcelona travel to Sevilla in La Liga on Sunday evening, having lost their place at the top of the table to Atletico Madrid.

Last weekend's 3-2 defeat to Valencia at Camp Nou means that the Catalan side are three points adrift of Atletico in second place.

Hosts Sevilla have not won any of their last four matches and suffered a late 3-2 loss at Malaga last Saturday.

Barcelona returned to winning ways on Wednesday when they beat Real Sociedad in the first leg of their Copa del Rey semi-final tie.

Barca defenders Javier Mascherano and Jordi Alba are suspended for the match, so Carles Puyol and Adriano are expected to deputise.

Sevilla full-back Alberto Moreno is suspended, while Diego Perotti, Cicinho and Stephane M'Bia are all doubtful after recent injuries.

Barcelona ran out 3-2 winners when the sides met in the return fixture back in September.
