Roma director Monchi has revealed that the offers received by the Italian club for Edin Dzeko have not been taken into consideration.
The Bosnia and Herzegovina striker is believed to be on the radar of Chelsea, who are currently on the lookout for frontline reinforcements.
Multiple reports had suggested that the Blues were on the verge of a double deal for Dzeko and Emerson Palmieri at around €55m (£48m).
However, the 31-year-old was named in Roma's starting XI for Wednesday night's Serie A meeting with Sampdoria and Monchi confirmed that no bids have been accepted for the player.
"At this moment I don't like the offers that we have received, so we do not take them into consideration," the Brazilian told Italian TV channel Mediaset.
"All the clubs in the world listen to the offers that come, we are ready to listen and then decide. Now Edin is here and we are happy. This means that what arrived was not good."
Dzeko spent five years at Manchester City before joining the Giallorossi in 2016.
