Late Florian Andone own goal saves 10-man Deportivo La Coruna

Florian Andone scores an own goal with three minutes remaining to give Deportivo La Coruna a 1-1 draw with rock-bottom Cordoba at La Riazor.

A late own goal from Florian Andone gave 10-man Deportivo La Coruna a 1-1 draw with rock-bottom Cordoba in La Liga this evening.

The visitors looked to have given their survival hopes a shot in the arm after Andone had earlier put them ahead, but he scored at the wrong end with three minutes remaining to give Depor a share of the spoils.

Luisinho was sent off on 69 minutes for a second bookable offence, but the visitors weren't able to hold out against their hosts.

Cordoba looked to have closed the gap on Deportivo, who sit 17th, but Andone's goal means that the bottom side stay eight points adrift in Spain's top division.
