Team News: Edinson Cavani misses out for Paris Saint-Germain

Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani misses out through injury for their top-of-the-table clash against Monaco.

Paris Saint-Germain have made one change to the side that beat Bordeaux on Friday for their top-of-the-table clash against Monaco, with Marco Veratti replacing Edinson Cavani.

The striker is suffering with a thigh injury, which means Lucas Moura takes a more advanced position in midfield.

PSG are currently five points of second-placed Monaco at the top of Ligue 1, and a win tonight would provide a massive boost for their title ambitions.

Monaco, meanwhile, bring in Ricardo Carvalho, Jeremy Toulalan and Lucas Ocampos for Geoffrey Kondogbia, Mounir Obbadi and Andrea Raggi.

The visitors twice came from behind to earn a point against Lorient last weekend.
