Gareth Bale is named in Real Madrid's starting XI as Los Blancos take on Juventus in their Champions League quarter-final second leg at the Bernabeu.

Gareth Bale has been named in Real Madrid's starting XI for their Champions League quarter-final second leg against Juventus at the Bernabeu.

The Wales forward is one of two changes from the first leg, which Los Blancos comfortably won 3-0 at the Juventus Stadium.

Bale gets a start for Real in place of Karim Benzema, who drops to the bench, while Jesus Vallejo comes in at the back in place of suspended captain Sergio Ramos.

Juventus are without banned forward Paulo Dybala, who received two yellow cards in the first leg, so Mario Mandzukic starts up front.

Four changes have been made in total, as Medhi Benatia comes in for Andrea Barzagli, Miralem Pjanic replaces Kwadwo Asamoah, and Blaise Matuidi is in for Rodrigo Bentancur.

Real Madrid: Navas; Carvajal, Varane, Vallejo, Marcelo; Modric; Kroos, Casemiro; Isco; Bale, Ronaldo
Subs: Casilla, Benzema, Theo, Vazquez, Llorente, Asensio, Kovacic

Juventus: Buffon, De Sciglio, Benatia, Chiellini, Sandro; Khedira, Pjanic, Matuidi; D Costa, Higuain, Mandzukic
Subs: Szczesny, Lichtsteiner, Rugani, Asamoah, Marchisio, Sturaro, Cuadrado
