How Real Madrid could line up against Eibar

Sports Mole looks at how Real Madrid could line up in Sunday's La Liga clash with Eibar.

Real Madrid will be eyeing a fourth straight La Liga victory when they continue their 2020-21 campaign away to Eibar on Sunday night.

Los Blancos have taken maximum points from their last three matches against Sevilla, Atletico Madrid and Athletic Bilbao to move into third position in the table, level on points with league leaders Atletico.

Zinedine Zidane's side will be the favourites to triumph this weekend, but they have only won one of their last three league games on the road, losing heavily at Valencia and drawing with Villarreal in the process.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how the visitors could line up this weekend.

Zidane could have a full squad to choose from this weekend as Eden Hazard, Luka Jovic, Mariano Diaz and Martin Odegaard all took part in Friday's training session.

All four remain minor doubts, having recently been unavailable for selection, but it would not be a surprise if they were named on the bench for Sunday's contest, which would be a huge boost for the club.

Casemiro is also back after missing the clash with Athletic through suspension, and the Brazil international could return to the starting XI, potentially allowing Luka Modric to rest, with fit-again Federico Valverde retaining his spot in midfield alongside Toni Kroos.

Zidane has plenty of options for change with Marco Asensio and Rodrygo Goes pushing for starts in the final third, but it would not be a surprise to see the Madrid manager again select Vinicius Junior and Lucas Vazquez either side of Karim Benzema due to their recent impressive form.

Marcelo is also available and could replace Ferland Mendy at left-back, but Zidane is more likely to rotate the team in next week's home game with Granada.
