Rafael Benitez bemoans "annoying" Las Palmas goal

Head coach Rafael Benitez describes the goal that Real Madrid conceded against Las Palmas as "annoying".

Real Madrid head coach Rafael Benitez has admitted that he was annoyed by the fact that his side conceded a goal during the clash against Las Palmas yesterday afternoon.

Goals from Isco, Cristiano Ronaldo and Jese secured a 3-1 win for Benitez's men, but Hernan's 38th-minute header for the visitors meant that Madrid had shipped a goal at the Bernabeu for the first time this season.

"It was annoying to have conceded that goal, we lacked a bit of intensity during that bit of play to prevent them from scoring," Benitez told the club's official website.

"Keeping a clean sheet would have made things easier for us at the beginning of the second half."

Next up for Los Blancos is a home Champions League group encounter against Paris Saint-Germain.
