Team News: Victor Wanyama, Vincent Janssen handed Tottenham debuts against Juventus

Victor Wanyama and Vincent Janssen are handed debuts for Tottenham Hotspur in today's pre-season match against Juventus.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has handed debuts to summer signings Victor Wanyama and Vincent Janssen for today's International Champions Cup match against Juventus in Melbourne.

Spurs are playing their first pre-season friendly of the schedule, but are without the majority of their international players, including Harry Kane and Hugo Lloris, as they are on an extended break following Euro 2016.

Therefore, summer arrivals are given the chance to impress, with Janssen leading the line up front and Wanyama slotting into midfield.

There are familiar faces in the squad with Michel Vorm starting in goal, while Kieran Tripper, Son Heung-min, Nacer Chadli, Tom Carroll and Ryan Mason, who is today's captain, all feature.

Meanwhile, Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri, who is without Manchester United's transfer target Paul Pogba, has handed debuts to summer signings Miralem Pjanic and Medhi Benatia.

Juventus: Neto; Lirola, Benatia, Rugani, Alex Sandro; Lemina, Hernanes, Asamoah; Pjanic, Pereyra; Dybala
Subs: Audero, Del Favero, Loria, Marrone, Blanco Moreno, Parodi, Severin, Coccolo, Macek, Kastanos, Vitale, Rosseti, Cerri, Padovan

Tottenham Hotspur: Vorm; Trippier, Ball, Carter-Vickers, Miller; Mason, Wanyama; Son, Carroll, Chadli; Janssen
Subs: McGee, Glover, Walker-Peters, Yedlin, Amos, Edwards, Lamela, Onomah, Walkes, Winks, Harrison
