West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis says that he is "concerned" about Ben Foster's injury after the goalkeeper missed Monday's draw with Leicester City.

West Bromwich Albion manager Tony Pulis has admitted that he is "a bit" worried about the injury suffered to goalkeeper Ben Foster.

The 34-year-old was not included in the matchday squad for Monday evening's Premier League game against Leicester City at the King Power Stadium due to a knee problem that he picked up in training.

Boaz Myhill stepped in for the shot-stopper and managed to see out a 1-1 draw, despite suffering a dead leg during the encounter.

Nacer Chadli put the Baggies ahead in the 63rd minute, but the visitors were unable to hold on as Riyad Mahrez scored his first goal of the season to take a share of the points.

"When we scored the goal I felt we became more comfortable but every game in this league is tough," Pulis told BBC Sport. "Unless you are right on it you are not going to get what you deserve.

"We defended really well and protected Boaz who was struggling. Ben Foster has a problem with his knee and we are a bit concerned about that. Until he has the scan we are not sure.

"There were real opportunities for us. We need to get results because outside the top six this league is so, so tough."

West Brom are winless in their last six league games.
