Kevin Pietersen has been bowled out for golden duck on his return to cricket for Surrey.

The 32-year-old was recently dropped by England after sending text messages regarding his teammates to members of the South African team.

It was Hampshire's left-arm spinner Liam Dawson who claimed his wicket in the fifth over, having just dismissed opening batsman Rory Hamilton-Brown for five.

Pietersen, a former Hampshire player, trudged off to huge cheers around the Ageas Bowl.
