Ireland captain William Porterfield has insisted that he and his teammates will be "mentally fresh" for their final Pool B World Cup match against Pakistan following defeat to India.
The team need to beat Pakistan in Adelaide in order to reach the quarter-finals of the tournament following an eight-wicket loss to India in Hamilton today.
"There's a lot of good things to take," ESPN quotes Porterfield as saying. "[It's] slightly disappointing because we could have got an extra 15-20 [runs], but you have to give a lot of credit to them.
"[They] kept fighting and coming back, and made it look very easy with the bat. It's all about being mentally fresh for that game in Adelaide - it's a winner takes all for us."
Ireland have won three and lost two in their World Cup campaign.
