China storm to women's 3m synchro World Championships gold

Great Britain's Alicia Blagg and Rebecca Gallantree finish 10th in the FINA World Championships women's 3m synchro final as China take gold in Kazan.

Shi Tingmao and Wu Minxia have won China's second diving gold medal of the day at the FINA World Championships in Kazan by storming to victory in the women's 3m synchro.

The duo were always in control and saved their best for last with a score of 81.90 to finish over 30 points in front.

Like in this morning's first diving event, the 10m platform mixed synchro, the silver and bronze positions were taken by Canada and Australia respectively.

Great Britain's Alicia Blagg and Rebecca Gallantree finished 10th in the 12-team field with a score of 286.86, 64.44 behind the Chinese in first.
