Arsenal face competition from Roma for free agent winger Yacine Brahimi, according to a report.
The Algeria international is on the lookout for a new club after leaving Porto at the end of last season.
Brahimi, who scored 54 goals and made 43 assists in 215 appearances for the Portuguese side, is believed to have recently been contacted by Arsenal over a summer move.
Corriere dello Sport suggests that Unai Emery's side have a battle on their hands, though, as Roma intend to make an approach of their own as they expect Stephan El Shaarawy to depart for China.
Emery is strapped for cash this summer, with unknown Brazilian youngster Gabriel Martinelli his one and only signing to date.
