Bayern Munich have allegedly emerged as the front runners for the signature of Bordeaux winger Malcom.
The 20-year-old, who was the subject of interest from Arsenal and Tottenham in the January transfer window, has previously expressed his desire to leave his current employers at the end of the current campaign.
According to The Mirror, Bayern are seeking long-term replacements for Frank Ribery and Arjen Robben and want to invest in Malcom to develop him into a future first-team player.
Bordeaux boss Gus Poyet has admitted that keeping hold of the youngster will be a tough ask, telling reporters: "In January we were nervous because we almost lost him to the Premier League. We must prepare for this because sooner or later he will leave."
Spurs are also believed to be planning a second move for the winger when the season ends.
