Emmanuel Frimpong says that he wants to go out of loan but remains fully committed to Arsenal.

Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong has said that he is hopeful sealing a loan move to Wolverhampton Wanderers this week.

The 20-year-old revealed on Twitter that he wants to get valuable first-team experience and he remains confident that he has a future with the Gunners.

"Defining week ahead," he posted. "Subject to rumours am not leaving afc I am positive of going on loan this week which am really excited about and I am fully commited to afc.

"I've never had soo many wolves fans tweet me like that haha this makes me laugh gta love them respect them always nice messages.

"And am not in my last year or looking to be sold just to clear matters thank you and going on loan to get games and cum back to arsenal."

Frimpong's time with the club was cut short last season when he suffered a fractured cheekbone in a 3-2 defeat to Aston Villa.
