Blackburn Rovers manager Steve Kean has agreed a new contract with the club worth around £25,000, according to The Mirror.
The 44-year-old has been under pressure for large parts of this season, with a number of the Rovers supporters calling for him to be sacked.
However, the club's owners appear to be pleased with the Scot's work and have offered him a two-year deal at Ewood Park.
The report also claims that Kean won a dispute regarding a clause in the original contract that was given to him.
Venky's family will now have to be Kean £800,000 if they decide to end his tenure early.
Rovers, who drew 3-3 with Wigan Athletic on Saturday, are currently 19th in the Premier League table.
