Red Star Belgrade and Bordeaux played out a 0-0 draw in the first leg of their Europa League qualifier at Stadion Crvena Zvezda tonight.
The French side will have the advantage on their home turf in the second leg in a week's time after keeping Red Star quiet for large periods of the game.
Bordeaux travel to free-spending Paris Saint-Germain on Sunday.
