Celtic have reportedly made an improved offer for Dundee United midfielder Stuart Armstrong.
Earlier on Monday, it was believed that the Scottish Premiership side had ended their interest in the 22-year-old, but it now appears that a move could possibly happen before the end of the day.
According to Sky Sports News, Celtic have made a bid in the region of £1.6m for the player, who has scored six goals in 24 appearances this season.
With Dundee having qualified for the Scottish League Cup final, it remains unclear whether they are prepared to weaken their squad by allowing Armstrong to leave Tannadice.
