Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has reportedly reached an agreement with Real Madrid over a move to the Spanish capital next summer.
Hazard has frequently hinted at a desire to play for the reigning European champions at some stage of his career, while his contract at Chelsea expires in 2020.
The Blues are understood to be willing to offer the Belgian a deal worth £300,000 a week in an attempt to convince him to stay at Stamford Bridge.
However, radio station Onda Madrid reports that Hazard has already agreed personal terms with the Spanish giants ahead of a possible move at the end of the season.
Madrid have not yet come to terms with Chelsea, though, and the Premier League side's reluctance to sell Hazard could prove to be a major stumbling block in negotiations.
Chelsea will not consider bids of any less than £150m for their star man - a sum Madrid are not willing to pay with just 18 months remaining on his contract.
A player-plus-cash exchange involving Mateo Kovacic - who is currently on loan at Chelsea - could help drive that price down, although Maurizio Sarri's side are intent on keeping Hazard at the club.
