Nigel Pearson: 'We still have work to do'

Nigel Pearson maintains that Leicester City "have work still to do" if they are to get promoted this season.

Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson has maintained that his side "have work still to do" if they are to win promotion from the Championship this season.

The Foxes, who moved 16 points clear of Queens Park Rangers in third place with victory over Burnley earlier today, are now runaway favourites to secure the league title.

"It was a great win and a great performance against a really good side," the 50-year-old told reporters following the game. "It's not done yet, we have work still to do.

"It remains a tough league to win games in. We'll give everyone the respect they deserve in the remaining games."

Leicester are back in action on Tuesday night when they take on Wigan Athletic.
