Lorient continued their fine unbeaten start to the Ligue 1 season by thrashing Nancy at Stade du Moustoir.
Ludovic Giuly fired the hosts ahead from long range on 20 minutes.
Lorient were then given the chance to double their advantage 13 minutes later when Salif Sane brought down Maxime Barthelme inside the penalty area.
Alain Traore struck the post from the resultant spot-kick, however he soon made amends by crossing for Lamine Kone to head home on 35 minutes.
Traore sealed the points five minutes from full time with a superb free kick from all of 30 yards.
Lorient currently sit third in the table with eight points from four games.
