Derby County head coach Paul Clement has revealed that he is interested in signing Manchester United striker James Wilson.
The 19-year-old will reportedly be allowed to leave Old Trafford on loan this season, with Derby emerging as one of the favourites for his signature.
It has been suggested that up to 20 teams have enquired about the England Under-21 international, and Clement has now confirmed that the Rams are one of them.
"It is a possibility but not a certainty," Clement told the Derby Telegraph.
"We have shown an interest. He is a very talented player and a number of other clubs have shown an interest as well. We are waiting to hear back from Manchester United."
Wilson has scored four goals in 18 senior appearances for United.
