Manchester United have reportedly decided to send James Wilson out on loan after numerous Championship clubs expressed an interest in the England Under-21 international.
Following the departures of Robin van Persie, Radamel Falcao and Javier Hernandez, Wayne Rooney and Wilson were the only two main strikers available to manager Louis van Gaal.
Last week, the Premier League giants added £36m striker Anthony Martial, 19, to the team, raising doubts over Wilson's first-team chances at Old Trafford this season.
According to BBC Sport, Derby County are favourites to land Wilson in a loan deal which will include an instant release clause.
The 19-year-old has scored four senior goals for United so far in his career, but is yet to make an appearance this season.
