Norwich City are linked with a double swoop for Brighton duo Craig Mackail-Smith and Liam Bridcutt.

Norwich City are understood to be interested in signing the Brighton & Hove Albion duo of Craig Mackail-Smith and Liam Bridcutt.

Canaries boss Chris Hughton is believed to be keen on strengthening his squad during the January transfer window.

The Premier League club had a £3m bid for Mackail-Smith rejected over the summer, while Bridcutt has yet to sign a new deal with the Seagulls.

The pair could now be on their way to Carrow Road in the New Year, according to The Mirror.

Seventh-placed Norwich extended their unbeaten run in the league to 10 games on Saturday with a 2-1 win over Wigan Athletic.
