Steve Cotterill is delighted with his side's second-half display as they move out of the relegation zone with a 2-0 win over Coventry City.

Nottingham Forest manager Steve Cotterill was happy with his side's 2-0 win against Coventry City, despite a nervous first-half performance.

Goals from Gareth McCleary and substitute Robbie Findley have lifted Forest out of the relegation zone.

"We are pleased with certainly our second-half performance," Cotterill told Sky Sports News.

"The first half was a bit stuttery, I felt that there was so much nervousness today around the whole place and I think what happens is that does transmit to the players, probably more than what they already are, if you know what I mean.

"So we had a good chat at half time and I thought that they were superb in the second half."

Cotterill's side travel to high-flying Birmingham City next Saturday.
