Team News: Matty Fryatt replaces Britt Assombalonga for Nottingham Forest

Matty Fryatt is chosen over Dexter Blackstock to replace Britt Assombalonga for Nottingham Forest against Blackpool today.

Matty Fryatt has been chosen to replace the injured Britt Assombalonga as Nottingham Forest travel to Blackpool in Dougie Freedman's third game in charge.

Assombalonga will be out until 2016 with the knee injury he suffered during Tuesday's 3-0 win over Wigan Athletic, and Fryatt has got the nod over Dexter Blackstock to replace him.

Blackpool have also made one change to their team, as defender Tom Aldred replaces the experienced Peter Clarke.

Charles Dunne is fit to start, despite being forced with an injury against Middlesbrough in midweek.

Blackpool: Lewis, McMahon, Aldred, O'Dea, Dunne, O'Hara, Perkins, Cameron, Orlandi, Telford, Madine.
Subs: Parish, Ferguson, Clarke, Maher, Rothwell, Oliver, Davies

Nottingham Forest: Darlow, Lichaj, Hobbs, Collins, Fox, C. Burke, Gardner, Osborn, Lansbury, Antonio, Fryatt.
Subs: De Vries, Lascelles, Kane, Paterson, Vaughan, O. Burke, Blackstock
