Nottingham Forest owner Fawaz Al Hasawi: 'No deadline-day exits'

Nottingham Forest owner Fawaz Al Hasawi is confident that no players will be leaving the club on transfer deadline day.

Nottingham Forest owner Fawaz Al Hasawi has declared that there will be no outgoing business at the club in the final hours of the January transfer window.

Recent reports have suggested that Burnley are trying to sign midfielder Henri Lansbury, but Al Hasawi is confident of keeping hold of the former Arsenal man.

"We will not be selling anyone," he tweeted this evening. "The season is still alive and we must hold on to our key players. #nffc"

Al Hasawi last night sacked club legend Stuart Pearce as manager and replaced him with another former player in Dougie Freedman.

The East Midlands side have won just three of their last 23 games.
