Javier Pastore has claimed that Paris Saint-Germain teammate Yohan Cabaye is weighing up a January exit.
Speculation is rife that the Frenchman will leave Parc des Princes this winter after finding first-team chances hard to come by.
The 28-year-old, who left Newcastle United last January, is rumoured to be keen on returning to the Premier League, with Arsenal reportedly frontrunners for his signature.
"I don't think that he wants to leave but it's true that we have a lot of midfielders," Pastore told reporters.
"I hope he will make the best possible choice for him: either leave to get a game or stay here and earn his place."
Cabaye is contracted to the Ligue 1 champions until 2018.
