Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Harry Winks has reportedly agreed to join Sampdoria.
The 26-year-old has fallen down the pecking order at Spurs following the signings of Rodrigo Bentancur and Yves Bissouma.
With the Englishman not part of Antonio Conte's plans, he has been expected to leave the club before the transfer window, although a recent report suggested that he wanted to join another Premier League club.
However, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Winks has changed his stance and is now set to join Serie A club Sampdoria.
