Sunday's Bundesliga predictions including Wolfsburg vs. Borussia Dortmund

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Bundesliga fixtures, including Wolfsburg vs. Borussia Dortmund.

VfL Bochum vs. Heidenheim (Sunday, 2.30pm)

In a relegation six-pointer, VfL Bochum will hope to defeat Heidenheim when they welcome them to Vonovia Ruhrstadion on Sunday in their 15th Bundesliga game of the season.

The hosts are last in 18th place and picked up their third point of the campaign when they drew 1-1 with Union Berlin on December 14, while their opponents are 16th with 10 points and lost 3-1 against Stuttgart on December 15.

We say: VfL Bochum 0-1 Heidenheim

Bochum's hard-fought draw last time out does not make up for their dire form this season, though they are likely to pose a significant challenge to Heidenheim considering their spirited display against Union Berlin.

However, the visitors simply must take advantage of their hosts if they are to escape the relegation playoff spot, and they should take confidence from their qualification for the Conference League's round of 16 playoffs.

Wolfsburg vs. Dortmund (Sunday, 4.30pm)

Wolfsburg will look to continue their push towards the European qualification spots on Sunday when they host Nuri Sahin's Borussia Dortmund at Volkswagen Arena in the Bundesliga.

The Wolves are 10th with 21 points after 14 matchweeks though they lost 3-2 against Freiburg on December 13, while Dortmund are in eighth place with one point more, and their 1-1 draw with Hoffenheim on December 15 left them six points from the league's fourth-placed Champions League spot.

We say: Wolfsburg 2-1 Borussia Dortmund

Wolfsburg should be confident of troubling Dortmund on Sunday given the visitors' poor record away from home.

Additionally, the hosts' loss last time out does not detract from their strong showings in recent weeks, and they should be considered favourites to take all three points.
