West Bromwich Albion midfielder James Morrison is likely to miss the rest of the season with a knee ligament injury, according to manager Roy Hodgson.
The Scottish international was taken off during Sunday's 3-1 defeat to Newcastle United after a collision with Magpies striker Demba Ba.
"James Morrison has suffered a nasty injury, hurting ligaments in his knee," Hodgson told Sky Sports News. "He will be out for the rest of the season, I would think."
The Baggies have moved down to 14th in the Premier League table following Sunday's defeat.
