Lewis Hamilton addresses engagement rumours again on Twitter

Mercedes Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton has denied engagement rumours once again by addressing the reports on Twitter.

It had been reported that American popstar girlfriend Nicole Scherzinger recently accepted a marriage proposal from the 29-year-old sportsman.

Hamilton is said to have initially rejected the reports while in Melbourne for the Australian Grand Prix on Sunday.

Now, Hamilton has taken to Twitter to write: "Hey all, need to talk about these rumours. I thought I should let you guys know that I haven't proposed to Nicole."

Hamilton rekindled his romance with the former Pussycat Doll after they split last year.
