Russian Federation wrestler Aniuar Geduev stormed to gold in the men's 74kg freestyle final at the European Games this afternoon.
Geduev proved too strong for Turkey's Soner Demirtas, winning the bout 4-0.
Azerbaijan's Jabrayil Hasanov was the resounding winner in the first bronze-medal match, beating Kiril Terziev 3-0.
Jumber Kvelashvili was also successful in his quest for bronze, claiming Georgia's second medal in Baku after victory over Ali Shabanau.
The gold for Russia is their eighth in wrestling so far, while the nation are comfortably first in the medals table ahead of Azerbaijan.
